Reply from Savanna Car Carrier The car was a non-runner which was not mentioned when negotiating the price. The customer refused to pay for the tow truck which was hired to pick up the car. He has an outstanding balance of $301.01. The car was delivered to Toronto as agreed, and the customer was provided with the address and the phone number of the yard. He was repeatedly told to pick it up since the yard will not keep it forever but he refused to do so, and the company will not hire another tow truck to deliver the car to him since he refused to pay for the first tow truck. All the invoices and receipts were provided. All the communication is saved and the conversations were recorded. We will be seeing you at court to collect the outstanding balance.
