Watch out for hidden costs and a demand for cash payment at the end of the move when you are exhausted. I do not recommend and have been asked by at least 3 people since the move if they should use them. The answer is a firm no. You should t either.

We have NO hidden costs and everything was mentioned up front. Please do not accuse us of being dishonest. There was plenty of time for questions (if any) from the time we sent over your confirmation/contract, but we had received no questions from you. After the move, we did make effort to communicate with you but you have decided to ignore and post a bad review because you had misunderstood the quote from the beginning. We have done hundreds of moves, and never once had we had a client say we have been dishonest. We apologize if you did not enjoy the service we provided you. We understand we cannot satisfy every client. Our 2 movers went above and beyond to move a full townhouse of inventory, when it should be a 3 mover job. Inventory provided from you was not accurate. All confirmations, contract and communication are in black and white, so everything is crystal clear. Once again, we apologize if you did not have a good experience, but we would also like to make it clear we have been honest from the beginning. We recommend to read over all confirmation/contract before accusing us of dishonest business. This really hurts small business like us.
