The movers were quick to provide a quote and consistent with communication ahead of booking, however read the request wrong and confirmed the wrong date and did not attend on the date I had booked for. The movers were flexible and were able to attend for the move the following day, however arrived 1.5 hours after the scheduled time due to traffic. The team was very quick, efficient, and careful with the move of my piano which I was pleased with and they were professional and kind. I would recommend this mover if you are in their area or have very flexible moving needs, however if you are in Hamilton area may need to select a company closer if your needs are more time constrained.

It took a few short weeks to set the date, but all along Sanjay was communicative and committed. The day of the move happened when I had to work and i couldn’t be there in person, so my wife had to manage it. This is the kind of thing she hates! But she told me everything was easy and smooth and the movers were nothing but professional. Everything went as per the agreement and we were very satisfied. Thank you Sanjay.
