Hayk was super professional and easy to work with. From the time I received the quote to delivery time, he communicated with me throughout, explaining the steps and answering all my (many) questions. The vehicle was delivered MUCH earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. I was quoted 3 days for delivery, however, the vehicle came the very next day! The door to door service was very nicely done and priced. Would 10/10 recommend Hayk with Savanna Car Carriers.

We recently shipped a vehicle using Savanna Car Carrier. We have used two other car shipping services before and this was by far, the best service we have found. They shipped the vehicle across the country in 10 days, far faster than other companies that quoted up to 5 weeks. The pickup location was easy to find and seamless. We usually ship vehicles 2-3 times a year and will definitely use Savannah once again!

Overall, I am very pleased with the job Savanna Car Carriers did. I had never shipped a car before and did not know what to expect. The car arrived in great condition. The driver that delivered it to me was awesome. My ONLY complaint is that the communication was sparse. When they did contact me they were professional and knowledgeable. I would suggest that if that was taken to a better level they would be highly rated.

First Time Shipping With Him and realized He is Very Dishonest has no communication skills and is a scammer. Still haven’t got my vehicle yet but we sure will take this to court

The car was a non-runner which was not mentioned when negotiating the price. The customer refused to pay for the tow truck which was hired to pick up the car. He has an outstanding balance of $301.01. The car was delivered to Toronto as agreed, and the customer was provided with the address and the phone number of the yard. He was repeatedly told to pick it up since the yard will not keep it forever but he refused to do so, and the company will not hire another tow truck to deliver the car to him since he refused to pay for the first tow truck. All the invoices and receipts were provided. All the communication is saved and the conversations were recorded. We will be seeing you at court to collect the outstanding balance.
