I would like to remind you that payment was due at pickup, as previously informed. At the time, you mentioned you would complete the payment shortly. However, after 30 minutes, you stated your banking app was not working and then stopped responding to calls and messages. When the driver followed up three hours later, you mentioned you would pay after being dropped off. This gave the impression of an intent to avoid payment.
